The Summit organised by the Romania Without Orphan Alliance will be held this year in Bucharest during 23-25 ​​November 2017 at Crystal Palace Ballrooms.

Starting from each child’s dream of growing up in a family, the theme of the ARFO 2017 Summit is “I have a dream,” a bold dream that we want to live together!

The event brings together over 500 participants: adoptive parents, foster parents and social workers, children adopted or placed in foster care, NGO workers, employees and directors of DGASPC, clerics, and lawmakers.

The ARFO 2017 Summit will contain motivational sessions, inspirational testimonials, debates on the possibilities of collaboration between the state and non-governmental organizations, over 40 workshops on different themes supported by national and international specialists.

The Summit will be preceded by a pre-conference for social assistance specialists to be held on 22-23 November at the same location and will be supported by Dr. David and Jayne Schooler, international authors and trainers in trauma, adoption and foster care.
